- Own reliability, scaling, delivery architecture, observability, and modernization for NutritionX (NTX) and Baymax across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and distributed data systems.
- Helped build production infrastructure for AI services and lead CI/CD delivery for NLP, OCR, Azure OpenAI, and related machine learning workloads.
- Build and operate EKS and AKS platforms with Terraform and Helm, supported by TeamCity, Spinnaker, and Jenkins delivery automation.
- Operate Prometheus, Grafana, and large Elasticsearch/ELK environments, including managing a 40-node Elasticsearch cluster processing 57 TB of data.

- Eliminated recurring certificate costs through Google's certificate ecosystem and developed a custom Python application to automate 150+ SSL certificates (saving $130k+/yr).
- Containerized core applications via Docker, employing multi-stage build techniques to optimize custom images, reduce bloat, and accelerate deployment life cycles.
- Enhanced security by implementing Auth0 and Okta to enforce single sign-on (SSO) on critical applications and managed secure internal networks via NAT Gateways and private DNS.
